The Genesee County Drain Commissioner – Division of Water and Waste Services (GCDC-WWS generates and mails water and sewer bills to over 100,000 households for 37 municipalities in Genesee County.

 

The Divisions billing staff collects and reviews consumptions of individual customers in our effort to ensure that the bills issued are accurate.

 

Billing services through the GCDC-WWS require low maintenance and are offered at a low cost. All of the information is kept private, with municipalities maintaining both ownership and access to all of their data.

 

Please note:  If you are a resident of a community that uses our billing services, any questions regarding your bill must be addressed to your community. The GCDC-WWS does not have the ability to alter any amounts or balances without your community’s direction.
